Product Introduction:
This machine is suitable for crushing and finishing particles in Chinese and Western medicine, food, chemical pigments and feed industries.
The particles of different shapes and specifications obtained by various granulation equipment are cut by the combination of the machine's high-speed rotating blade and discharged through the steel plate to get the same shape and specification particles.
How it works:
After the processed raw materials enter the feed port of the granulator, they fall into the cylindrical studio. The rotary rotary knife exerts a swirling effect on the raw materials, and the particles are thrown to the screen surface with centrifugal force. At the same time, the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife produces a shearing effect with the screen surface. It is adjusted by the mesh number of the screen, the distance between the rotary knife and the screen, and the speed of the rotary knife.
